Marte Meo

Marte Meo means “by my own strength”. It is a counseling and psychoeducational method that improves how people in important roles (“caregivers”) communicate and interact with other people (“cared for”). Marte meo professional programs are aimed at people for whom the care of an infant, child, teenager, patient, patient or elderly person is part of their job. They are intended exclusively for professionals and are tailormade to their field of work.
